ABOUT ME
Growing up bilingual in a multicultural, multi-racial family, I developed an early and intuitive ability to move between languages, perspectives, and ways of thinking. What once felt natural later became a clear professional asset: the capacity to act as a bridge — connecting people, ideas, and contexts, and helping communication flow where it would otherwise stall.
Over the course of my adult life, including navigating financial uncertainty, single parenting, and recovery from breast cancer, this bridging capacity deepened into a disciplined skill set. These experiences sharpened my ability to read people and systems under stress, recognize misalignment early, and understand how unaddressed emotional and relational dynamics can quietly undermine performance, decision-making, and wellbeing.
Today, I work with individuals and teams to bridge the gaps that limit effectiveness, whether those gaps show up as communication breakdowns, internal resistance, or stalled momentum. By helping people align what they feel, think, and do, I support clearer leadership, stronger collaboration, and more sustainable progress in both personal and professional contexts.
