ABOUT ME

I am a multi-passionate person with a special talent to serve as a bridge - a connector between worlds, both internal and external.

 

Growing up bilingual in a multi-racial family, I took for granted what I later understood to be the unique gift of naturally navigating between languages and cultures. 

 

In my 30s and 40s, specific life-challenges (including financial distress, single parenting, and overcoming breast cancer) have allowed me to develop my innate empathic ability to help others make the connections between their bodies, minds and spirits as a source of empowerment to navigate through life's rough patches with greater ease and grace.

I am now dedicated to supporting my clients to bridge the gaps in their lives that show up as obstacles to reaching their maximum potential, both in the personal and professional contexts.
