I was born in Panama, to a British mother and a Panamanian father of Caribbean descent. I am a mother, daughter, sister, friend, and spiritual being living a marvelous fully human experience. Throughout my life I have completed a bachelor's degree in psychology in the USA and a master's in international cooperation in Spain, I have also taught yoga, translated texts, interpreted at conferences, written children's books, sailed across the ocean, had two home births, lived in a magical eco-spiritual community in Costa Rica, lived in North America and Europe, trained a massive dog, and learnt to speak French almost like a native.

I am passionate about nature, dancing, yoga, sailing, healthy and delicious food, my family, tantra, discovering new places, silence, meditation, and growing.  I am lover of people, life, and love itself.
