My name is Sarah. I created this site because a year ago my life was radically changed by a breast cancer diagnosis. This very clear message from Life has led me to deeply explore the best ways in which I can support my body for it to recover the balance it had lost, of which cancer is nothing but a symptom.

Now I carefully listen to my inner voice, which calls me to share what I have learned and lived, with the intention of supporting, informing, and perhaps inspiring and accompanying those who can benefit from my experience and knowledge.​
